Returns Policy

If you have a faulty product please contact us on 07500 015475 and after checking and confirming the product is indeed faulty and has not been mis-used, if applicable we will replace the item concerned within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on E-Liquids due to the nature of the product and controls that are put in place at the manufacturing point to protect both us and yourself. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellation and Return Process

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order placed on-line via www.cheekysmoke.co.uk within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins on the day after you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.

You should return items to us within 14 days of cancellation notice to us, in their original packaging, wherever possible. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

We are entitled to withhold a refund until the goods are received by us or evidence of a return is provided. We have the right to reduce the money refunded, if the item shows signed of use beyond the handling necessary to inspect the items.

A refund will be provided to you within 14 days of receiving the returns goods or evidence of, as long as the above conditions are complied with. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. A full refund of the goods will be provided to you within the cancellation period and if applicable the original outgoing postage cost; unless only part of the order is being returned. Return postage will not be refunded unless the product is faulty and duly deemed to be so.

The items if returned should be sent to this same address enclosing the goods and with clear details of your contact information and preferably a reason for the return of this particular item.

We reserve the right to not accept returns or provide refunds on e-juice liquid supplies that are opened, seal broken or partially used. Only bottles in the original, sealed as supplied capacity will be accepted for return, therefore please follow the above procedure.

As Pay Pal is our method of Checkout, you are fully protected by their Buyer's Protection and therefore would suggest that you review your rights of Distance and off-premises Selling and how to obtain a refund should you require to do so. Please refer to this link for further information:

We discourage non-smokers from using the product and politely advise users that using this product is entirely at their own risk. Cheeky Smoke will not accept responsibility or liability by UK law for mis-use of the product.

This nicotine product should not be used by anyone who is under the legal age of 18. Do not use nicotine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Keep product stored safely away and out of reach of children at all times.

Never leave a charging device un-attended, over night - despite protection systems in place on the product - nothing is guaranteed.

Under no circumstances, use these products anywhere in the vicinity of any flammable items; such as Fuel Stations, Oxygen cylinders, Gas appliances. In case of accident or if you feel unwell - STOP using immediately and seek medical advice immediately.
