Welcome to Cheeky Smoke, I would like to tell you about my story and I hope that you will identify with some of the issues that I struggled with during my years of efforts to try and stop smoking.
"For the last 20+ years, I have had loads of attempts to try and cut down and eventually give up smoking. I have been to the Doctor's, I have been hypnotised and all patched up, chewing gummed & sprayed and just felt that I had become a slave to smoking.
I tried the early electronic cigarettes and found that they did not work for me; the reliability and the hit just wasn't there, so I went back to smoking my 30+ roll up's a day!
I then came across a friend of mine who had an electronic cigarette for the last 6 months and seemed very happy, healthy and wealthy than he was before. He told me why not try this different electronic cigarette. So, I had a few puffs of his and did not want to give it back! He begged me to give it back and told me where I could purchase my own so I did just this. I started with tobacco, thinking that this was the right way to go and then purchased some fruit flavours and found them very good. I have been on my e-cigarette from quite some time and have now given up tobacco altogether.
I feel a lot healthier; my taste buds have returned; my breathing has improved, no wheezing when I wake up in the morning and no smokers cough! My energy has definitely increased and I don't feel lethargic in the afternoons anymore, as for the money that I have saved it is quite incredible."

You will have heard many comments about electronic cigarettes and yes there are many varieties around some good some not so good. With increased research over the years from when the first idea came from back to 1963 and shelved. It was when a young Chinese Pharmacist, Hon Lik, took up the idea, following the death of his Father and set himself a project of finding an alternative way to satisfy a craving of tobacco but without the Tar and Carcinogen and thousands more poisons that impede our health. The electronic cigarette is basically a battery powered device that provides heat to an element that warms up a liquid, ultimately producing a Vapour which contains flavour and an amount of nicotine depending on the strength of e-juice used, Nil is available. It is safer with NO FLAME or FIRE.
